Dr.Manikandan is an expert MicroEndodontist ( Rootcanal Treatment done under Magnification & Microscope) and Implantologist ( fixing missing tooth) . He graduated BDS from Annamalai University 1997 and joined his Post Graduation in Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics at Govt.Dental College, Chennai 1998 by merrit and came out as one of the best outgoing student 2001.
He started his carrier at Coimbatore as a Consulting Endodontist ( RCT) by visiting around 50+ clinics in and around Cbe .
He has done 25,000+ Root canal treatments to his credit .
He had a vision on providing Classical Dentistry under one roof . Dr.Manikandan hailing from a humble Drs family from Chettinad started ‘Tooth Town -Classical Dentistry’ in Race course . Under his guidance and Team his clients were provided with best world class tooth treatment .
An added feather on the cap ..his vision extended towards Implant Dentistry in 2007 he underwent an extensive Nobel fellow program . From then on ‘ Saving a Tooth ‘ and ‘ Planting a Tooth’ were his two eyes .
He delivered his best with humanity by providing a Painless Dentistry in Coimbatore .
He is one the 1st to start Microscopic Root Canals in Coimbatore which he took as his passion.
On the other hand he was simultaneously teaching Dental students in various Dental colleges . He attends various National & International Conferernces and presents his views to other Doctors as well discusses to bring back his best of knowledge to Tooth Town Dental Clinic and his patients. He came out as Prof of Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics to start his full time practice in Coimbatore .
His area of interest is to use latest micro instruments which Saves tooth structure by making smaller cavities in Preventive & Conservative Dentistry.
His motto of Painless Dentistry continues to serve Coimbatoreans.
